Hosta - Dance with Me - Sale Price: $42.75 The Hosta Dance with Me, Hosta 'Dance with Me', will put on a fantastic performance in your landscape! A reverse of Last Dance, the ‘Dance with Me’ prefers part sun for the best color display.  The heart-shaped, nearly round leaves are thick and heavily textured and have a pale yellow color with light green margins. ‘Dance with Me’ will produce long season appeal and has a good resistance to garden pests.  It is a medium sized hosta and produces lavender flowers in late summer that attract hummingbirds. It is a low care perennial that is ideal for a slightly sunny area. This hosta grows best in moist, well-drained, highly organic soils with a pH between 5.5 and 7.5.  Sandy loam is better than clay because it provides more aeration for the roots. Grass - Shenandoah Switch - Sale Price: $37.95 The Grass 'Shenandoah Switch Grass', Panicum virgatum 'Shenandoah', has a burgundy-red color to the foliage. This one starts out red in June, by mid-summer it looks like Bloodgrass, and in fall, it is a rich burgundy. The foliage starts out as deep green but takes on the red color thru the summer. The 4' height makes this a good choice for a specimen plant. It is one of the shortest Switch Grass varieties available. Given full sun and average soil, it is a moderate to fast grower. This plant will grow in dry to moist soils or well-drained, loamy, sandy or clay soils with a pH of a neutral to slightly alkaline. Euonymus fortunei 'Coloratus' (commonly called purple wintercreeper euonymus, is primarily a trailing ground cover form which typically grows to 6-9 tall and spreads indefinitely by rooting stems as a sprawling, tangled, bushy mat. It is similar in habit to English ivy, in that it spreads along the ground, rooting as it goes, until it reaches a vertical surface which it then begins to climb. It features lustrous, ovate to elliptic, dark green leaves (1-2 long) which turn dark purple in fall and winter. Purple Wintercreepers have inconspicuous, greenish-white flowers that may appear in June. The flowers are at best sparse, but are usually not present. If allowed to climb a wall, tree or other structure, this plant assumes more vine-like characteristics and is more likely to produce flowers, though still sparse and inconspicuous.
