Ligularia - Dragon Wings The Ligularia Dragon Wings, Ligularia przewalskii 'Dragon Wings', (sometimes called Elephant Ears) produces dramatic, leathery leaves that are 12 inches across and deeply cut like a snowflake or the wings of a mythical creature. During the summer, yellow flowers bloom on slender, dense racemes. The leaves and flower spikes have dark purple stems that add to the drama; deer resistant. Ligularia has a clumping habit and performs best when protected from the hottest sun and the soil is kept evenly moist. It is a bold specimen perennial that forms a mound of large, elegant deeply-cut bright green leaves. The flowers and leaves make wonderful cut bouquets. | Yarrow - Paprika - Sale Price: $64.25 The Yarrow ‘Paprika’, Achillea millefolium, is an upright gold centered, fading to light pink & creamy yellow, Yarrow that blooms from June through September. With fern-like aromatic silvery to gray-green foliage, it is considered to be one of the best yarrows in any landscape. The foliage has a somewhat strong, spicy aroma, which persists when used in dried arrangements. The flower heads are 3-4” wide, with a spread of 18-24” and a height of 24”. This Yarrow does well in average garden soils, but prefers lean, dry to medium wet, well-drained soil. (Avoid heavy clays and moist, rich, fertile soils.)
