Clematis - Bourbon - Sale Price: $42.75 Clematis Bourbon, Clematis 'Bourbon™', is a new and exciting compact clematis from Raymond J. Evison.  Evison specifically hybridized this prized variety for patio containers! Its compact growth reaches only 3-4 feet tall, which makes it a perfect fit for large patio pots.  'Clematis Bourbon' is equally happy, though, when grown in the ground and allowed to scramble up a small trellis. The large 6 inch flowers are red with bright purple bars in the center of each petal. Flowers rebloom throughout the summer for an incredible display! Clematis 'Bourbon™' needs a supporting structure to grow properly but will also grow over large shrubs, over walls, cover stumps, and make perfect cover ups for unsightly service areas. Clematis is easy to grow in a rich, porous, alkaline soil with plenty of room for the roots to spread. Euphorbia - First Blush - Sale Price: $42.75 Euphorbia First Blush, Euphorbia epithymoides 'First Blush' (PP#15,292), is a spectacular cushion spurge with light green leaves that are edged in bright rose-pink and cream from spring into summer. The beautiful, compact mounds are topped with striking bright yellow, almost chartreuse, bracts that appear in spring and gradually mature to match the foliage.   ‘First Blush’ is a deer and rabbit resistant perennial! Daylily - Pandora's Box - Sale Price: $49.95 The Daylily Pandora's Box, 'Hemerocallis ‘Pandora’s Box’, has very fragrant lightly ruffled, white petals with a purple throat and a flower size of 4”.  It has dark green foliage and will reach a height of 24-26” and a plant spread of 36”. ‘Pandora’s Box’ will bloom from May through July, with outstanding color and it is a definite rebloomer! ‘Pandora’s Box’ prefers a full sun area that is well-drained. Although the blooms will last only for one day, there are many blooms on strong stems that rise above tall grassy foliage, (remove in late fall).  Divide every 3-5 years, or when the number of flower buds and the size of bloom begin to decline.   Plant daylilies in sites that provide well-drained soil and plenty of sun. ‘Pandora’s Box’ is considered to be pest and deer resistant.  Use for cut flowers, massing, edging, in borders or in mixed containers and tubs.  Once established, the daylily can be an excellent groundcover on slopes because it has roots that hold soil against erosion.   The ‘Pandora’s Box’ daylily can survive many harsh conditions that other plants cannot including: polluted city environments, slopes, poor and dry soils, near pavement that is salted in winter, and under Black Walnut trees (not affected by juglone). Coral Bells - Midnight Bayou - Sale Price: $39.95 Heuchera Midnight Bayou (Coral Bell), Heuchera 'Midnight Bayou', offers a fabulous four season interest! ‘Midnight Bayou’ first appears as a compact mound with ruffled lobed red-purple leaves; leaves have dark veins.  Then the leaf color changes with the season from red purple to silver purple in the fall. Dainty spikes of pink bell-shaped flowers rise above the foliage from late spring to summer.  Like most coral bells, its foliage tends to remain dense right to the ground, not requiring facer plants in front; should be cut back in late fall in preparation for winter.
