Peony - Festiva Maxima - Sale Price: $42.75 The Peony Festiva Maxima, Paeonia lactiflora 'Festiva Maxima' is  considered to be one of the best double flowering peonies with white blossoms and a hint of pink peaking through the center of each bloom! The flowers are very fragrant, and after blooming has finished, you are left with a beautiful mound of glossy green foliage that stays attractive all season.  Peonies are one of the best cut flowers and are often used in the Midwest to decorate gravesites on Memorial Day.  It is not uncommon to see peonies planted along the driveway or lane in a mass.  All of our peonies are widely adaptable to most soils across the country. 'Festiva Maxima' blooms in mid to late spring and has very large, colorful blooms that stand out in the spring garden.  This peony can handle dry to moist sites, and does best in full sun but can handle some light shade; prefers rich well drained soil. Water the new plant frequently to help it get off to a strong start.  More often than not, this peony will not flower the first year because it will spend the first season establishing itself! Hosta - Dance with Me - Sale Price: $42.75 The Hosta Dance with Me, Hosta 'Dance with Me', will put on a fantastic performance in your landscape! A reverse of Last Dance, the ‘Dance with Me’ prefers part sun for the best color display.  The heart-shaped, nearly round leaves are thick and heavily textured and have a pale yellow color with light green margins. ‘Dance with Me’ will produce long season appeal and has a good resistance to garden pests.  It is a medium sized hosta and produces lavender flowers in late summer that attract hummingbirds. It is a low care perennial that is ideal for a slightly sunny area. This hosta grows best in moist, well-drained, highly organic soils with a pH between 5.5 and 7.5.  Sandy loam is better than clay because it provides more aeration for the roots. Cotoneaster - Northern Bordersâ„¢ - Sale Price: $49.95 The Cotoneaster 'Northern Borders', Cotoneaster horizontalis 'Variegatus', is a slow growing, semi-evergreen groundcover with green leaves edged in white. It provides four seasons of interest: in spring this cotoneaster has rosy buds that open to tiny white flowers along the cinnamon-colored twigs. Later, the plant is laden with shiny scarlet fruit (¼ inch) liberally sprinkled throughout. These berries add color throughout winter, and provide food for songbirds and wildlife.
