Leadwort - Plumbago - Sale Price: $35.65 The Ceratostigma ‘Plumbago Leadwort’, Ceratostigma plumbaginoides, is a beautiful, fast growing ground cover with dark oval green foliage, turning to dark blue in late summer and early fall.
