Juniper - Youngstown - Sale Price: $45.65 The Juniper, Youngstown, Juniperus horizontalis 'Youngstown', is an evergreen and a flat top spreader with bright silvery gray foliage that turns purple in winter. It makes a nice choice to use for a spreading groundcover since it is a very low growing juniper, rarely getting more than 12 inches from the ground.
