Hydrangea - Pink Shiraâ„¢
Hydrangea - Pink Shiraâ„¢ Hydrangea Pink Shira, Hydrangea 'Pink Shira™' PPAF, is a standout hydrangea noted for its compact growth, strong stems, and reliable long-lasting blooms. The huge flowers emerge green and become infused with red, and then transform to shades of rich pink. Acidic soils deliver tones of lavender purple. Hydrangea Pink Shira™ has been noted to bloom even when other varieties have been damaged by frost. Hydrangea Pink Shira™ needs to be planted in well-drained moist soil. Prune right after bloom because it sets bud in the fall on old wood. This plant needs high moisture; fertilize in early spring by applying a slow release fertilizer specialized for trees and shrubs. Follow the label for recommended rate of application. Flower color is affected by pH. For blue flowers, the soil must be more acidic and for pink flowers soil must be more alkaline. * Huge Flowers!

| Blackberry - Darrow - Sale Price: $42.75 If you’ve ever picked and eaten wild blackberries, you know there’s nothing like their intense, deep, true blackberry flavor and aroma. Start an easy-to-grow berry patch of your own with several ‘Darrow’ plants, and every summer (and often again in early fall) you’ll harvest huge, delectable berries with that same wild-picked taste, but minus the problems. This blackberry is hardy to zone 5, is ultra-vigorous and also self-pollinating. Choose a sunny, well-drained spot for your patch and amend the soil with compost. Keep ‘Darrow’ watered during dry spells, mulch well and prune regularly, and it will produce in top form for many years. Make indescribably delicious cobblers, crisps, pies, jam, jelly, syrup, liqueurs and wine at a fraction of the cost of store-bought berries.
