Coneflower - Lilliput - Sale Price: $42.75 Coneflower Lilliput, Echinacea purpurea 'Lilliput' (PP#18,841), is a dwarf coneflower that is perfect for the front of the border or as a groundcover! Echinacea 'Lilliput' PPAF forms cute little mounds adorned with numerous deep rose-pink flowers.  The foliage height is only 12 inches high, and the flowers top out at a mere 18 inches. The most compact coneflower variety yet, Echinacea 'Lilliput' demonstrates great vigor, bringing brilliant color to the smallest spaces!
