The Lady in Pink offers a profusion of lovely bright pink-rose blooms from late August until November! Spring Green’s foliage emerges reddish and ages to a glossy dark green.  The white flowers are very attractive, and somewhat fragrant. It produces orange fruit, which persists into winter, and then displays a stunning red fall color.  'Spring Green' does best in moist, well-drained, loamy soils, but will tolerate less than ideal conditions and heavier clay soils. Pruning allows this shrub to maintain its natural shape while encouraging the development of new wood. It does not tolerate prolonged drought or dense shade.  It makes an excellent low hedge or specimen plant.  It is less formal than other compact selections. Dogwood - Isanti - Sale Price: $99.95 The Dogwood 'Isanti', Cornus sericea 'Isanti', is a fine-twigged Dogwood with red bark. White flowers in late spring are followed by abundant white fruit. The mounding plants grow 4 to 5 feet tall and spreading 4 to 8 feet. Isanti is very adaptable and will thrive in sun or partial shade. The Isanti requires a soil with adequate moisture, otherwise adaptable as it tolerates wet sites. Isanti Dogwoods are slower growing and more compact than the species, making it more usable in the landscape than the species. This plant is known for its rapid growth, bright red stems, and fruit that attract wildlife. The best stem color is on new wood. After the 3rd year, prune back 30% of the stems each year in order to promote new wood growth to get the best red winter color. Zones 2-7.

The summer Wine is purple ninebark hybrid that resulted from a cross between Nana and Diabolo. This resulted in a shorter plant with the purple leaves. This plant requires little pruning, but if you need to prune, do it after this plant blooms. Do not prune after mid-August to allow for the flower buds to form for next years flowers. This compact ninebark looks great in a pot. Use this plant in groupings or masses, in perennial or shrub borders, containers and as a short screen. The pinkish white flowers appear in mid-summer. Summer Wine is showy and extremely hardy and is prized as a landscape shrub and as a cut flower.
