Dogwood - Ivory Halo - Sale Price: $42.95 The Dogwood 'Ivory Halo', Cornus alba 'Bailhalo', also known as tatarian dogwood, is a cultivar that is noted for its compact size, variegated (white-edged) leaves and bright red twigs in winter.
