Daylily - Pandora's Box
The Daylily Pandora's Box, 'Hemerocallis ‘Pandora’s Box’, has very fragrant lightly ruffled, white petals with a purple throat and a flower size of 4”.  It has dark green foliage and will reach a height of 24-26” and a plant spread of 36”. ‘Pandora’s Box’ will bloom from May through July, with outstanding color and it is a definite rebloomer! ‘Pandora’s Box’ prefers a full sun area that is well-drained. Although the blooms will last only for one day, there are many blooms on strong stems that rise above tall grassy foliage, (remove in late fall).  Divide every 3-5 years, or when the number of flower buds and the size of bloom begin to decline.   Plant daylilies in sites that provide well-drained soil and plenty of sun. ‘Pandora’s Box’ is considered to be pest and deer resistant.  Use for cut flowers, massing, edging, in borders or in mixed containers and tubs.  Once established, the daylily can be an excellent groundcover on slopes because it has roots that hold soil against erosion.   The ‘Pandora’s Box’ daylily can survive many harsh conditions that other plants cannot including: polluted city environments, slopes, poor and dry soils, near pavement that is salted in winter, and under Black Walnut trees (not affected by juglone). This cheery little plant is a lovely, profuse bloomer! * Vigorous grower * Rebloomer * Pest and deer resistant

Clematis - Bonanza - DetailsClematis - Bonanza - Sale Price: $42.75
Clematis Bonanza, Clematis 'Bonanza™', is a newly developed clematis and part of The Festoon Collection.  This new Evison/Poulsen clematis is extremely free flowering from late June through September. The flowers of ‘Bonanza’ are mauve-blue with pale yellow anthers and are 3 in size.  Do not underestimate the flower power of this variety because of the smaller flower size! Bred for excellent disease resistance, this clematis is easy to grow in a rich, porous, alkaline soil with plenty of room for the roots to spread. Best performance is when the tops are in full sunlight and the roots are shaded, so apply generous mulch or a shallow-rooted ground cover near the base of the vine. 'Bonanza' Clematis needs a supporting structure to grow properly but will also grow over large shrubs, over walls, cover stumps, and make perfect cover ups for unsightly service areas. Groom this plant after first flowering by cutting back the top one-third to one-half of some stems. This clematis is a very reliable performer once established; it takes a season or two for it to get going! * Reliable * Flower power * Climber

Hosta - Halcyon - DetailsHosta - Halcyon - Sale Price: $56.95
Gardeners are always looking for two things: 1) shade plants and 2) blue plants. The Halcyon Hosta is made for the shade and is the most interesting frosty ocean-blue color, earning it the 1997 Award of Merit (AGM). It’s a vigorous (but slower) grower with ribbed, spear-shaped foliage that sits underneath white-to-lavender bell-shaped flowers from July to August — but the real show is the foliage itself. Slug-resistant, attracts hummingbirds during blooming. Halycon Hosta grows in the familiar “fountain” mound shape to about 2’ tall and wide, and prefers full shade in a moist but well-drained spot. Also known as funkia or plantain lily, Hosta Halcyon is a reliable winner that requires little attention. Spectacular when planted in shade borders, around large shade trees and even in large containers. One of the best hostas available. Zones 4-8.
