Coneflower - Meringue - Sale Price: $49.95 Coneflower Meringue, Echinacea purpurea 'Meringue' PPAF, produces creamy yellow pom-poms with apple green centers, set atop white ray petals, creating this delicious meringue coneflower. As the flower ages, Echinacea 'Meringue' PPAF, opens as flat as a daisy, and as it matures the center cone grows upward and develops short, puffy petals that give it that gumdrop look. A delight for songbirds, this distinctive knee high variety was introduced by AB Cultivars and blooms from mid to late summer. 'Meringue' has a huge number of blooms which is marvelous, but it's the compact, easily controlled habit that is so impressive!
