Grass - Red Silver Maiden - Sale Price: $64.25 The Grass 'Red Silver' Maiden, Miscanthus sinensis 'Rotsilber', has arrow-like silvery foliage that is topped with red flowers in fall. It may also be known as Japanese Silver Grass. Its grassy leaves are green in color with pointy white spines. As an added bonus, the foliage turns a gorgeous gold in the fall. The purple seed heads are carried on showy plumes displayed in abundance from mid-fall right through to late winter; the tan stems can be quite attractive. It requires occasional maintenance and upkeep, and is best cleaned up in early spring before it resumes active growth for the season. Dianthus - Raspberry Swirl - Sale Price: $49.95 The Dianthus 'Raspberry Swirl', Dianthus 'Devon Siskin', (sometimes called Siskin Clocks) is a mesmerizing plant! 'Devon Siskin' has dense mounds of grey green, evergreen foliage that grows to 7 inches tall with a spread of 12 inches. Producing bright pink flowers with deep burgundy edging and central disks, these blooms drown the foliage in late spring to early summer. As they age, the petals fade to white and the picotee edges changes to magenta.  If they are deadheaded, they will bloom again in the fall! Dianthus grow best in sunny areas and prefers limited moisture and prefers a cool climate, full sun, and rich, well drained soil; very easy to grow.
