Plum Tree - Brooks The Brooks Plum, Prunus domestica 'Brooks', produces large, blue plums with yellow flesh. Brooks is an excellent eating prune and is great for dehydrating. This European plum does not need a pollinator and is a very reliable producer. Plums are quite adaptable to many soil types but they do best in well drained, fertile soils.
